About The Role

Loans Enablement platform as a
Vice President, Senior User Experience Designer . This mid-level leadership role gives you the autonomy to shape product experiences that matter — backed by strong design systems, collaborative cross-functional teams, and real-world impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be a hands-on, strategic thinker and execution powerhouse. You’ll bring ideas to life through elegant design and thoughtful flows, while driving standards across teams.
- Collaborate to plan, map, and create journey flows that solve real user needs
- Design and prototype using advanced Figma skills (auto layout, components, libraries)
- Build solutions within a design system, knowing what to use and when
- Create polished, production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail
- Spot inconsistencies in UX and proactively suggest fixes
- Balance large and small projects while owning your timeline and priorities
- Drive design thinking across the org and elevate design maturity
- Communicate clearly across disciplines and stakeholders
- Identify research needs and strategic design opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- You’re not just a designer—you’re a strategic problem solver with a passion for scalable systems and intuitive experiences.
- Strong portfolio with mid-to-high fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Deep understanding of design systems and service design
- Ability to think strategically , but sweat the details
- Independent and initiative-driven , but also highly collaborative
- Excellent communicator who can navigate both technical and business discussions
- Previous experience in international or complex organizations a plus
