Hall Madden is hiring a showroom assistant and content creator for our Chicago showroom.
Founded in 2010, Hall Madden specializes in custom men’s clothing and has nine nationwide locations. We are a top-rated provider of menswear in the Chicago area and believe our clients deserve the best service and to wear the finest quality garments made just for them. Additionally, we’ve now branched out into custom women’s clothing, too. We’re a small business with a tight-knit team and an entrepreneurial spirit.
We’re in the busiest season of the year and want to hire someone who wants to focus primarily on the operational side of our business as well as assist with occasional content creation for social media.
As a showroom assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Inputting client orders accurately
- Auditing inventory and notifying clients of their garment status
- Day-to-day showroom maintenance and organization
- Coordinating and communicating needed alterations to garments
- Responding to phone, text and email inquiries
- Creating social media content for Instagram Reels
