Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and complete beverage programs, is looking for a Director of Inside Service Operations to join our team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. This individual will lead all aspects of the beverage equipment within our Inside Service operations ensuring efficient production processes, cost-effective distribution and alignment with company objectives to drive profitability and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Company expert for equipment service operations.
- Establish and operationalize a vision and mission through clear goal setting and communication.
- Drive operational performance through planning, organizing, and directing workflow across multiple operation centers and depot locations.
- Lead a team of production supervisors and workers, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of coffee/beverage equipment to and from 25+ Ronnoco warehouses as well as various outside service providers
- Make recommendations, plans and suggestions that promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Manage team expectations and appraise work performance while providing coaching and discipline for employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, quality control, parts and shipping, to streamline processes and resolve issues by fostering a team environment.
- Leverage data and insights to drive lean improvements that deliver on cost and quality targets.
- Monitor expenses and organizational resources to achieve department targets.
Essential Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar management role
- Production planning skills and experience preferred
- Motivated to grow and expand in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on leader and coach with the ability to motivate teams
- Must possess problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; experience with Microsoft Great Plains preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time
- Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical
Salary: $80000 - $90000 per year
