Mandate:
Reporting to the Vice President of US Customs Services, the Customs Manager is responsible for managing the brokerage team, ensuring the appropriate and efficient delivery of customs services to Delmar clients, as well as, ensuring company goals and targets are met. The Customs Manager will be managing and participating in the development of customs processes, service platforms and productivity output. He/she will also be responsible for addressing client issues, maintaining positive relationships with them as well as with relevant government authorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage operations
- Minimum 5-8 years of staff management or leadership experience
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of U.S. customs regulations & trade processes and programs
- CCS designation or a U.S. Customs Brokerage license is preferred
