Hybrid (3-4x in office per week)
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years' experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with senior management and partnering with Technology teams.
- General administration and space/property management understanding.
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word), SharePoint and Jive proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Management of floor maintenance including oversight of equipment, signage, confidential bins, etc.
- Tracking of space availability including offices, workstations, hotel seats and conference rooms.
- Coordination of staff moves and departmental restacks.
- New hire setup including assignment of new seating, equipment, account access, etc.
- Managing requests for hardware, software, market data and voice.
- Perform building audits to verify that employee locations and room configurations are correct and update space database with relevant information.
