Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical
Supply Chain Analyst to support deployment operations, material management, and delivery troubleshooting. This role involves managing internal requisitions, identifying delivery gaps, supporting post-deployment processes, and driving operational improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage deployment order lifecycles, resolve equipment and delivery issues.
- Partner with procurement and logistics teams to ensure site readiness.
- Address Problem Service Reports and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to support operational excellence.
- Identify and lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain internal documentation and contribute to training materials.
- Actively support an inclusive team culture.
- Support planning and execution of future ERP and supply chain transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis.
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of supply chain systems and configuration management.
- Ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior analyst experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or technology-driven organization.
- Experience managing end-to-end deployment or order fulfillment processes.
- Exposure to post-deployment support models and issue resolution workflows.

- On-time delivery and deployment readiness.
- High customer satisfaction from issue resolution.
