We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Global Planning team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing complex data products that drive strategic and day-to-day decision-making across geographies. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of critical data and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Global and Geo data products on a weekly basis, ensuring data quality and accuracy across enterprise reporting tools.
- Log, manage, and resolve issues through incident ticketing systems, escalating critical issues and risks to leadership for timely resolution.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for use in planning dashboards and strategic decision-making.
- Own and manage the alerting process for data product integrity, proactively addressing inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Document current-state processes for data maintenance and provide suggestions for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Support key global and cross-functional projects on an ad hoc basis, ensuring data alignment and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders globally to define data needs and maintain robust data pipelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with global and complex data sets or products, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- 2+ years of experience working with incident ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) to manage and resolve data issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate and communicate issues to leadership effectively..
- Experience translating data into business insights using visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global retail or consumer products environment.
- Knowledge of demand planning or supply chain analytics.
