What You’ll Do
🌎 Multi-State Facilities Management
- Lead facility operations across all branches and distribution centers
- Manage leases, expansions, build-outs, and renovations
- Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards
- Build and manage vendor relationships and facility service contracts
🚚 Commercial Fleet Leadership
- Direct all aspects of our commercial vehicle fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, safety, and compliance
- Monitor fleet performance, implement efficiency programs, and lead cost-control initiatives
- Ensure DOT and regulatory compliance across all states
- Roll out driver training and safety programs in partnership with HR and Safety
🧭 Strategic Oversight & Team Leadership
- Develop and manage facility and fleet budgets
- Lead a small team of coordinators and work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Finance
- Track KPIs and report to executive leadership on key performance metrics and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in commercial real estate leases, maintenance operations, and vehicle fleet management
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience managing multi-site operations across state lines
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and fleet/facility management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
