Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Marketing - Branding Assistant to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of branding strategies that strengthen our market presence and ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for brand development and marketing execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of brand marketing campaigns and materials
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all marketing assets
- Support cross-functional teams with brand-aligned content and resources
- Conduct market and competitive research to support branding strategies
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and design teams as needed
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and documentation
- Monitor performance metrics to evaluate brand impact and campaign success
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with branding principles and marketing fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
