Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining the operational flow of the office and supporting leadership with scheduling, communication, and coordination. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a go-to resource for internal teams, ensuring day-to-day functions run smoothly. This full-time, onsite position has room to grow into larger operational responsibilities as the company evolves. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Support office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Help plan internal team events and manage office culture initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or office coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a startup or tech environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Suite, Trello, etc.).
- Comfort with a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required, with relevant experience.
