The Creative Designer role sits at the intersection of Prime Video (PV), Amazon Ads, and Amazon MGM Studios, crafting compelling narratives that showcase streaming content and the PV product to potential advertising partners.
This position transforms content information into visually striking, bar-raising sales materials that demonstrate Prime Video’s premium offering to global brands. The designer creates sophisticated pitch decks and bespoke title imagery working in close partnership with the team's creative director.
This B2B-focused role requires expertise in both Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint to create polished sales enablement materials from scratch, helping demonstrate to brands why they should advertise on Prime Video's platform through compelling visual storytelling.
Key job responsibilities
- Transform (limited) content information into captivating sales presentations that bring Prime Video's original programming to life. Develop innovative, on-brand storytelling approaches that authentically represent each title to garner interest from global brands.
- Develop high-impact presentation decks that showcase Prime Video's streaming platform performance and market position. Create visually dynamic slides that communicate key metrics, including: Platform reach and scale; Audience engagement analytics; Streaming performance data; Market penetration statistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including: Product Marketing Managers, Creative Directors, Studios Marketing, AmAds, and VSGTM teams to create impactful sales enablement materials for advertisers.
- Maintain Amazon/Prime Video brand guidelines while creating innovative presentations
- Create bespoke materials highlighting Prime Video's original series, films, live sports, and special events
- Design bespoke sales materials for client meetings, and industry events
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
- Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
