We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our creative and collaborative team in Los Angeles.
Position Summary
We’re looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about fashion and digital storytelling. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels and ensuring our brand is represented consistently and effectively across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social and display advertising.
- Plan, build, and analyze email marketing campaigns using our CRM and email platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between Karen Kane and external marketing and PR agencies, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
- Manage the content calendar and scheduling across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist with influencer outreach, content development, and community engagement.
- Support the marketing team with seasonal campaign planning, photoshoot logistics, and brand events.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track ROI and KPIs.
- Help maintain consistency of brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of Shopify
- Experience managing content calendars and executing email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- A passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of current marketing trends.
