Position Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead multi-shift logistics operations and drive excellence across our high-volume distribution center. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead and develop warehouse teams across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient flow of goods.
- Manage a high-SKU inventory environment (15,000+ SKUs), ensuring precision, organization, and minimal shrink.
Logistics & Process Optimization
- Drive continuous improvements in space utilization, labor efficiency, and warehouse layout.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and transportation teams to optimize order fulfillment and reduce delays.
- Support and manage international shipping operations, maintaining compliance with customs regulations and documentation standards.
Compliance, Metrics & Reporting
- Enforce all safety, regulatory, and quality standards across warehouse operations.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and throughput.
- Ensure full alignment with standard operating procedures and WMS best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience in a high-volume, multi-SKU environment.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams across shifts with strong tactical leadership skills.
- Experience managing complex logistics and shipping operations, including international freight.
- Solid knowledge of WMS platforms and data-driven decision-making practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to evolving operational demands.
