Job Summary
The LA Clippers are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee our DTC website – clippershq.com. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in optimizing high-growth ecommerce retail. In this role you will lead the overall eCommerce strategy for driving online sales growth. You’ll get to manager all aspects of our retail website, including customer experiences, online fulfillment operations, execution of digital retail initiatives, and customer support. As a leader you will be responsible for meeting revenue goals, identifying and acting upon areas of opportunity, and serving as the business lead for digital retail needs.
To be considered, you should exhibit a successful history of building operational excellence for online retail, using data to inform and support your decisions, and being hands-on with execution. You should also be a people-first team player who is a big thinker, obsessed with continually elevating the brand, delivering consistent storytelling, and most importantly making a lasting impact in sports retail and merchandise.

Due to the nature of this industry, you must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
- Make clippershq.com the Clippers fan platform of choice via an easy, intuitive, engaging experience
- Oversee Clippers’ website end-to-end, from long-term strategy to daily execution, with a focus on increasing eCommerce sales and maximizing ROI of all eCommerce activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and profit margins
- Build the overall eCommerce roadmap and create strong cross-functional management capabilities in supply chain, technology, operations, inventory management, and marketing
- Responsible for eCommerce development projects to implement website changes
- Partner across Marketing team to capitalize on evolving online marketing opportunities and social networks while ensuring on-brand approach for all campaigns
- Manage external resources and vendors to successfully deliver on business goals and objectives
- Continually evaluate the warehouse operations processes and identify opportunities to drive improved performance, cost, and customer experience
- Monitor and drive key end-to-end performance metrics to ensure that we are providing excellent customer experience and delivering on our promises
- Manage and adhere to the eCommerce operating budget; monitoring, measuring and reporting on effectiveness of the spend
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends for e-commerce
- Oversee customer service inquiries
Your Background, Skills And Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the eCommerce space and online marketing platforms
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, retail management or related field OR equivalent work experience
- Track record of delivering results and ability to make decisions that maximize impact
- Solid strategic, analytical, and executional skills with experience driving strong, measurable growth
- Self-starter with ability to work independently – high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships, build consensus, influence internal + external partners
- Expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify eCommerce platform and SEO/SEM
- Outstanding business judgement; strong experience interpreting results and drawing conclusions
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while communicating clearly and balancing multiple tasks at once
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications, basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
About Intuit Dome:
Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation
- The range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The role is classified as exempt.
