Talent Acquisition Assistant (Remote, Contract)

Join a collaborative and agile team as a
Talent Acquisition Assistant supporting the recruitment
lifecycle primarily focused on scheduling interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews, acting as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
- Manage logistics: send calendar invites, reserve rooms, book travel (if needed), and provide clear instructions to candidates.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and offer creative solutions.
- Maintain accurate interview details in the Workday applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collect timely feedback from interviewer s post-interview.
- Support additional talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm, proactive attitude.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to improve processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus.

Estimated Min Rate: $14.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
