Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description
To support supply chain team to facilitate and provide assistance to sourcing, and other activities.
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Operations from Sourcing, procurement and other downstream processes.
- Support supply chain activities with various departments – Sourcing, procurement, fulfillment , expediting etc on assigned commodities and leverage industry sourcing and procurement best practices
- Participate and support in full procure to-pay cycle to support other buyer and sourcing team.
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of PO acknowledgement, delivery status and solve delivery problems and schedule changes
- Provide proactive signals of foreseeable risk related to supplier
- Co ordinate and collaborate with various other departments – engg , quality and have consolidated data related to suppliers.
- Keep ERP system updated to reflect any change.
- Develop reports, analyze spend and apply sourcing a methodologies to identify opportunities for cost-reduction and cash flows improvements.
- Resolve contractual and supplier disputes, ensure to seek guidance and escalate to right team internally and with vendor team
- Develop a strong relationship with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Project Management, Quality, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements
- Solid M/S office skills including excel formulas, v-look up and pivot table knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and report preparation skills.
- Ability to execute sourcing and procurement tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Desired Characteristics
- Data analysis skills
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to work independently, with global teams
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to develop key internal and external relationships and influence at all levels.
- Self- Motivated, self-directed, and detail oriented.
- Adept in managing ambiguity and swift to pivot where necessary

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$55,000 to $65,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
