Job Title: Coordinator, Events
Reports to: Manager of Events
Job Purpose
Support Events Manager with all aspects of organization for Dior`s events and partnerships
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all retail events across the Americas, including concept ideation, logistics planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
- Lead vendor sourcing and relationship management, ensuring all partners meet brand guidelines and deliver high-quality service through clear communication, timely execution, and efficient invoicing.
- Support the implementation of the Retail Event Strategy, streamlining reporting systems, and providing tools to drive client acquisition, retention, and upgrades in partnership across teams.
- In partnership with the Event Manager, manage the annual budget for retail events, inclusive of expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor negotiations.
- Parter directly with Paris Headquarters, delivering detailed event briefings and reports to ensure global consistency in event execution and brand messaging.
- Support the Events team with administrative tasks such as but not limited to updating internal calendars and reporting systems, vendor lists, template creation and expense tracking, while ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 3-5 years’ experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development; experience within a luxury fashion brand is a plus.
- Experience in event production is a plus.
- Retail experience at a luxury fashion brand is a plus.
- Team-oriented.
- Ability to travel.
- Good organizational skills.
- Sufficient in budget management.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
Additional information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
