Travel:
- Travel: 60-70% local travel from practice to practice
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple healthcare practices or similar operational management roles
- Proven track record of achieving patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Experience in medical staff recruitment, development, and retention
- Experience in managing doctor relationships and addressing escalations
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
