Summary of Position:This position supports the Sr. Manager, Procurement by assisting in visual merchandising projects and initiatives across all channels. Principle Accountabilities:
- Support integrated project timelines for visual merchandising projects with staggered deadlines, ensuring seamless, on-time execution across all channels.
- Maintain awareness of deadlines, track project scope changes, and ensure smooth workflow within tight timelines.
- Support project meetings, facilitate discussions, and track key takeaways to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and key milestones are met.
- Proactively identify risks to project deadlines and collaborate with stakeholders to implement alternative action plans when necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for external vendors, including print, prop, and fixture suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Support logistics processes, coordinating shipments between vendors and retail accounts to ensure timely delivery and execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of business project management experience, preferably in merchandising, operations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels, including external vendors (domestic & international).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
- Proactive mindset with strong initiative and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Leadership skills with the ability to build trust and productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
