Job Overview:
This role involves collaborating with our Creative team to plan and execute photo shoots, manage content creation, and maintain organization across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and relevant experience in the retail or high-end brand sector. The Creative Projects Specialist will report to the Creative Director and work closely with marketing to elevate our brand’s storytelling and visual identity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality visuals and narratives as it relates to photoshoots & events
- Manage and maintain ecommerce product photography other brand identity items on website
- Coordinate and oversee photoshoots and events, including scheduling, location scouting, and talent management, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative content ideas that align with brand messaging and marketing goals
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the process
- Review and edit content to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to track progress and allocate resources effectively
- Foster collaboration between the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand presentation across all channels
- Assist in the planning and execution of other brand awareness and creative events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience within a creative environment, preferably in retail or other company with high-end branding
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and organization
- Strong experience in content development and photo shoot planning, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proactive, creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional results and driving brand engagement
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to streamline workflow and improve team collaboration (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
