Delta Dallas is currently partnering with a boutique firm in Addison in its search for an Administrative Assistant to support company management with client deliverables, special projects, and overall general office administration.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role is 100% onsite in our client’s office in Addison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company calendars, coordinate meetings and team events, and schedule conference calls
- Arrange travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries
- Prepare, format, and maintain presentation materials and project documentation
- Assist with organizational chart updates and internal communications
- Track and manage incoming quote requests and responses
- Draft and maintain budget overviews and project analyses
- Prepare and assemble meeting materials, reports, and specifications
- Maintain accurate databases content
- Provide high-level administrative and customer service support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with cross-functional teams
