JD:- Lead the execution and implementation of the refreshed global brand identity across all digital, print, and environmental design assets for Hyatt’s worldwide hotel portfolio.
- Design, refine, and deliver high-quality marketing materials including social media graphics, digital campaigns, email templates, website assets, brochures, presentations, guest-facing collateral, signage, and event branding.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and attention to detail from initial concept through production across various platforms and mediums.
- Develop production-ready assets optimized for different global platforms, formats, and printing specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, operations, hospitality) to deliver best-in-class visual assets aligned with business objectives.
- Solve design challenges by developing creative and functional solutions for print, digital, and environmental applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies worldwide to ensure flawless execution of designs, including color matching, paper selection, and large-scale graphics.
- Refine templates and workflows to increase design efficiency and adaptability for global markets.
- Consult on brand websites and sales materials to ensure visual consistency and recommend design improvements for enhanced user experience.
- Utilize Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and creating design systems.
- Use Canva for creating social media templates and digital assets.
- Apply experience with signage systems, wayfinding, environmental graphics, or guest experience design, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Possess familiarity with motion graphics, UI design, or 3D rendering for enhanced visual storytelling.
