We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that enhance customer experience, support scalability, and streamline internal processes across our Customer Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth tech environments and is passionate about improving customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, and manage strategic operations projects ranging from content go-to-market implementations to operational process improvements and cross-department initiatives.
- Develop project plans, define success criteria, set timelines, track milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Fulfillment, Support, Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing etc.) to align on goals and move initiatives forward.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, prepare executive-level reports on project status, risks, and performance.
- Create founding documents for our future Program Management Office (PMO), including developing and refining project management processes, templates, and best practices.
- Remain flexible with a consistently changing prioritization list as new business needs develop.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, balancing multiple projects and plans in response to evolving business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across project teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or Operations
- Familiar with Agile and Project Management methodologies; Project Management Professions (PMP) is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and various Project Management tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track many different things at once
- Demonstrated ability to effectively define and resolve problems that balance multiple needs and interests in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Effective and transparent communicator, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Solution-oriented problem solver, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities to drive results
- Experience in sports, streaming, SaaS, or hospitality technology industries
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $90,000 - $100,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
