Job Description
This role will be based in Chicago or Omaha.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn is looking for a Program Manager to help maximize the utilization and impact of LinkedIn Customer Learning programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for program management of Customer Learning programs to drive product adoption with focus on evaluating the effectiveness and driving continuous improvements to increase customer and business value. You will work in close coordination with partners across LinkedIn including Scaled Solutions specialist teams, customer success, and sales and be accountable for the implementing new or updating existing processes and workflows, enhancing current programs with operational efficiencies, and reporting success metrics aligned to business goals.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate critical thinking to solve complex problems by gathering and interpreting information from multiple sources, recognize relationships between diverse systems, and recommend solutions that meet the needs of a complex network of stakeholders. You must also demonstrate a proven track record of effective project management skills, driving customer value, and communicating impact through data driven storytelling. Establishing rapport and mutually beneficial relationships with your peers, leadership, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders is another key to success. Finally, things move quickly on this high-performing team and deadlines shift to meet the needs of the business. Demonstration of self-direction paired with clear, effective, and transparent communication is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Drive recommendations and project plans of moderate complexity, identifying scope, success, dependencies, and roles/responsibilities that align to the problems identified.
- Evaluate current programs, processes, and systems, and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, increased efficiencies, improved customer experience, and cost reduction.
- Embrace new technologies such as generative AI.
- Use learning analytics dashboards to proactively identify opportunities to share our data with other internal teams to drive business value, tell the customer value story aligned to larger business objectives, and to build business cases for gaining cross-functional alignment and support.
- Build relationships with internal teams by fostering an environment of trust and partnership, is seen as a trusted advisor, and understands when and how to engage with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
- Build communication plans that address different project stakeholder needs, provide regular updates on program progress and leverage relevant channels and formats to deliver key messages.
- Proactively identify dependencies between teams and ensure all plans align on delivery criteria.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the internal, competitive landscape and market trends to inform the evolution of self-serve and at-scale customer education strategies and programs.
- Anchor on Scaled Solutions and LinkedIn Vision to help shape and evolve customer learning programs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Customer Success, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Customer Marketing or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and execute moderate complexity projects under little supervision.
- Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data from multiple sources.
- Ability to create effective and engaging presentations for a variety of audiences.
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, aligning resources and delivering results in challenging situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience driving internal influence and change working cross-functionally on common goals.
- Prior work experience in Tableau, Power BI, Skilljar, or other learning management system a plus.
- Experience partnering with multicultural teams and working across multiple different time zones globally.
- Demonstration of a growth mindset and team first attitude.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $91,000 to $148,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
