Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite - 4 days per week)
Job Summary
This role will assist in facilitating and motivating project teams, ensuring clear communication, and contributing to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow within a technology project management environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in documenting project requirements and business processes.
- Support project team members to ensure consistency and progress.
- Track and communicate project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
- Assist in utilizing internal systems and databases to organize and maintain project information.
- Contribute to the development of success criteria and measurable metrics.
- Follow up with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the administration of project documentation, including contracts, invoices, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics, content, and execution for project updates and meetings.
- Participate in project management meetings with various team members.
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between relevant parties.
- Communication:
- Assist in translating requests and requirements into actionable instructions for project teams.
- Support the resolution of feedback and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating clear and concise communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technology project support or coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Personable and approachable; comfortable interacting with team members at various levels.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to evolving situations.
- Desire to learn and stay current with best practices and technology trends.
