Role Overview:
A growing operations team is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage order processing, PO submission, and vendor coordination. This role supports the sales team and ensures smooth order execution from purchase to delivery. Ideal candidates have experience in sales ops, order management, and working with vendors or manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate sales orders and customer POs
- Submit and track purchase orders to vendors
- Coordinate with manufacturers to confirm ship dates and resolve order issues
- Monitor inventory and shipping logistics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
- Support reporting, documentation, and compliance with internal policies
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in order processing, sales operations, or procurement
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP)
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
