Combine your strategic recruitment expertise with business acumen and a commitment to service excellence to ensure timely hiring. Develop proactive recruitment strategies by staying ahead of industry trends and competitive hiring practices. Use inclusive recruitment methods to enhance team innovation and diversity. - Implement inclusive hiring strategies to foster diverse teams.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
- MBA/Advanced HR degree highly desired.
- Proven talent acquisition experience in medical devices, healthcare, or tech.
- Experience with Workday Recruit and high-volume commercial/sales recruiting.
- Strong relationship-building and business acumen skills.
