Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team!
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (In-Office 5 days/week)
Pay: $40-$45/hour W2
Here is what you will be doing:
- Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team to deliver maximum customer value.
- Manage traditional project aspects including scope definition, status reporting, budget oversight, and risk/issue resolution.
- Collaborate on requirements definition through user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to testing efforts to ensure product quality.
- Serve the team and Product Owner in turning requirements into working software and tracking progress.
- Identify and resolve impediments to the team's progress.
- Ensure adherence to processes and defined quality expectations.
- Lead project team meetings, including all Scrum ceremonies.
- Foster continuous improvement through effective retrospectives.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master is required
- CSM certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Understanding of project management and facilitating Scrum activities.
- Experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality management techniques.
