Assistant Project Manager (Field-Focused)

Ernst Brothers Construction is hiring! We’re a high-end residential and boutique commercial builder with a 40+ year legacy of Building the Extraordinary. We're looking for a Field-Focused Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the execution of architecturally significant custom homes and complex renovations across the region.

🔨 What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor buyouts
- Manage and distribute up-to-date drawing sets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
- Participate in meetings and help document progress, punch lists, and client walk-throughs
- Help identify and resolve field issues in real time alongside the Superintendent and PM
📋 What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of construction experience, ideally in custom residential or light commercial
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and documentation
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfortable with job site environments and construction technology (Procore)
