Akkodis is seeking a Project Management Analyst for a 12-month contract with a client in Washington DC 20001 (hybrid).

Location: Washington DC 20001 (3 days onsite)
Contract: 12 months Contract
Pay Rate: $40-45/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Management Analyst to support project planning, execution, and reporting for key initiatives. This role is part of a contingent workforce, working under the guidance of project leadership and in compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure all project documentation and processes align with internal governance and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
Track project progress and assist with status reporting, risk management, and change control processes.
Analyze project data and create dashboards, presentations, and reports to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with the client’s project management methodology, governance structure, and quality standards.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to gather information and provide project updates.
Maintain records in project tracking systems and contribute to process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience supporting project teams or PMO environments.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
