Title: Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Rate: $50-54/hour W2 + Benefits
Duration: 6 months (through EOY 2025) – Potential for extension or FTE, TBD
Summary:
The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for projects across engineering, R&D, financial systems, product rollouts, and more. This role supports the Customer Communications Center of Excellence, driving customer engagement for cross-functional, customer-impacting initiatives.
About the Team:
The Customer Communications Center of Excellence is a consultative and strategic team that leads operational communication and engagement projects. They partner with Product, Technology, and InfoSec teams to support environment, service, and product changes — with a focus on protecting revenue, mitigating risk, empowering customer-facing teams, and delivering consistent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering within timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate detailed project plans and integrate cross-functional activities.
• Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures; proficiency in project management software is expected (AdaptiveWork knowledge is a plus).
• Lead project meetings and secure necessary resources by working with staffing managers.
• Represent the Customer Communications Center of Excellence in cross-functional teams across LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of project management best practices and trends.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required:
• 5–7 years of professional project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and strategic business planning.

- Business Project Management: Ability to drive business-focused initiatives from planning through execution.
- Change Management: Ability to assess impacts, identify stakeholders, develop vision/roadmaps, address resistance, and manage against plan.
- Customer Communications (Writing/Editing): Ability to craft communication plans that drive action and behavior change across all organizational levels.
