$90k - $95k
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team. This individual must be able to handle confidential information, communicate effectively with executives and clients, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal Executive Assistant will be able to work independently, be solution-oriented, and manage their time efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings for senior leadership.
- Coordinating and managing travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation for executive meetings.
- Organizing events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Communicating with clients and internal teams on behalf of the senior executives.
- Managing office supplies, ordering items as necessary, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handling ad hoc projects and providing support to other team members as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
