We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize all logistics and supply chain operations at our Jacksonville facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods from suppliers to customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and transportation.
Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet delivery timelines.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel; ensure adequate staffing, training, and performance management.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; conduct regular audits and cycle counts.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding transportation, safety, and hazardous materials.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation companies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and customer service teams to support overall business objectives.
Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement; generate regular reports for senior leadership.
Oversee the maintenance of logistics equipment, vehicles, and systems to ensure optimal operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS), Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation regulations, and inventory management best practices.
