Position Summary
The Administrative Administrator plays a vital role in supporting multiple key departments within the GRECO organization. This on-site position manages document control for facility-related matters, including environmental impact, utilities, regulatory compliance, and field operations, such as fleet management and tracking. Additionally, this role provides support to the Human Resources department by assisting with onboarding and coordinating on-site events and activities.
Please note: This facility will be relocating to Lutz, Florida (18381 Pasco Business Center Way, Building 2, 33558) in December 2025.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front office by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, reviewing email and mail, and handling information requests.
- Ensure that the office is organized, clean, and gives a professional appearance.
- Take inventory of office and breakroom supplies, place orders, and restock as needed.
- Track facility maintenance schedules and coordinate necessary repairs NOT related to Production.
- Support the Field team through coordination and documentation of field operations; maintaining logs and tracking systems for field equipment and tools; tracking and reporting of field operation metrics.
- Provide administration of fleet management, including vehicle registration, and maintenance scheduling
- Assist Management with compliance of environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Assist the HR department with employee onboarding, and coordination employee events, such as training, team-building activities, lunches and recognition programs.

Qualifications (Knowledge & Skills)
- Knowledge of administrative systems, best practices, and efficient procedures for office management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines on time.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments and work independently as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate effectively, with a high degree of professionalism, in writing and verbally.
- Proficient in MS Office suite products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, in order to create correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment
- Physical Conditions:
- Office: This position works in a professional office environment, routinely uses standard office equipment, and is seated for long periods of time.
- Location:
- In-office: This role is located at our office in Hudson, FL. Employees must be present at the office and available to perform the essential functions of their jobs whenever they are scheduled to work.
Other Requirements
- Candidates who receive an offer of employment must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have finger dexterity
- Must be able to reach, bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally
- Must be able to safely lift 40 pounds

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors. Sales roles are eligible for a sales bonus.
