About The Role
As our
Operations Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy for designing, recruiting, training, and deploying our operations network. You’ll build scalable onboarding and upskilling programs, manage day-to-day ops for our contingent workforce, and partner closely with clinical, product, and commercial teams to ensure Trovo’s network delivers exceptional patient care at scale. You’ll also liaise directly with Trovo’s clients to ensure our service delivery exceeds expectations.
Target compensation for this role is $160-200k+, plus equity. Title and compensation will vary based on years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive the operational strategy for scalability and growth. Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures as we expand to new product lines and markets.
- Manage workforce structure and operations. Design and implement organizational or process changes, and oversee recruitment pipelines, scheduling platforms, and performance monitoring for the care coordination team.
- Optimize operations. Define KPIs, build analytical dashboards, and drive continuous improvements across product lines.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with product, clinical, and commercial to iterate on workflows, troubleshoot escalations, and embed feedback loops.
- Client partnership. Serve as liaison with key client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships while ensuring seamless coordination and execution of service delivery that meets or exceeds contractual and clinical standards.
- Design & execute training curricula. Build role-based onboarding, clinical refreshers, and product-platform training for clinicians and care coordinators.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations roles (ideally in healthtech, healthcare services, and/or management consulting), with demonstrated success designing training programs and operating contingent workforces at scale.
- Prior experience in project management, process mapping, and SOP documentation.
- Ability to shift context quickly, from digging into an LMS implementation to managing client deliverables.
- Strong proficiency in project management platforms (LMS, scheduling tools) and basic analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Proven track record of setting targets, building reports, and improving processes using metrics-driven approaches.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear materials.
- Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment where we’re in-office ~3 days per week.

- Prior experience leading and scaling large teams of service workers
