Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Team Manager who possesses a client-centric mindset to join our team at our Irving, TX campus!
As a Team Manager, you are responsible for the proper management and day-to-day support for Client Advisors who handle all Client contacts (via inbound phone calls, emails, chat and social media). This role will effectively lead and support a team of Client Advisors and use strategic agility to proactively nurture the achievement of metrics and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. You will define and drive intentional action plans to ensure the attainment of qualitative and quantitative KPIs and clienteling activities.
Our Team Managers are expected to maintain a positive and consistent presence. You will support in implementing objectives to empower and engage the Client Advisors to deliver a world-class experience in each Client interaction by delivering the Louis Vuitton Promise, through phenomenal representation of the Brand values and through their demonstration and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes towards Clients and team members.

- Set individual and team goals, proactively access, and manage performance against expectations.
- Provide consistent coaching and establish accountability; identify development and training needs
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge; stay up-to-date on all product, company, and department initiatives through participating in all relevant CSC and department training and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years in a similar role leading others, preferably in a client-centric environment as management in retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Consistent track record in developing highly successful teams
- Strong intuition for business, highly analytical, able to present and drive an idea
- Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft applications
- Excellent organization skills; effective time-management skills
- Requires Weekends, Evenings, and Holiday availability
- Role reports onsite in Irving
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate a positive enthusiastic demeanor and have excellent communication skills! We use a variety of systems so you should be able to multitask and use various systems simultaneously.
