The District Manager will oversee multiple client accounts, guiding a team of site supervisors and officers to consistently provide safe, smooth, and customer-focused operations . - Mentor, coach, and develop site leaders and officers to bring out their best.

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through frequent communication and site visits .

Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth coverage.
- Use operational tools and metrics to monitor performance without micromanaging.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, SLED guidelines, and client protocols.
Respond & Resolve
- Step in to support teams during high-priority incidents.
- Stay calm under pressure, make clear decisions, and guide teams toward resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of management experience in security, hospitality, or another customer-service-driven industry.
- Proven success in leading teams, building relationships, and achieving operational goals .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills-someone who is both approachable and assertive .
- Ability to balance big-picture leadership with attention to key operational details.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- SLED security officer license preferred (training provided if needed).
