We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator for the Client Relations & Events Team to support in the planning, coordination, and execution of client engagement initiatives and events. This role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional client experience while contributing to the relationship-building efforts and success of the Paramount Advertising team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of in-person and virtual client events such as meetings, receptions. dinners and network programming events.
- Coordinate logistics including client travel, venues, catering, transportation and registration.
- Provide onsite support at events both in New York and elsewhere. Travel may be necessary.
- Organize and maintain multiple email accounts to track event RSVPs and ticket requests, including timely client communication.
- Maintain project materials, timelines, checklists, and calendars related to events and client outreach.
- Responsible for processing invoices, tracking payments and keeping budget documents up to date for multiple events.
- Maintenance and organization of client premium closet.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, event management, business, marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client relations, event planning, or a coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools and event platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a client-facing role within a professional or fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability under pressure.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and a collaborative team approach.

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
