We are currently working with an Elite Boutique investment bank on hiring experienced analysts into their San Francisco office. The technology team predominantly work on large-cap, sell-side M&A transactions across a variety of tech verticals. Our client is a global independent M&A Advisor, with strong roots in the technology sector. Currently the firm are looking to grow out their junior resource to assist with the uptick in deal flow.

Successful candidates will benefit from unmatched exposure to landmark transactions, and the opportunity to work with top senior bankers in the space.

Candidate requirements:

Candidate must have 18-24 months of full-time experience as an M&A analyst in an investment bank
Ideal candidates will have experience working on technology M&A deals, or a passion and deep understanding of the sector
Previous experience on sell-side M&A deals is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Providing execution support to for mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for clients across a range of technology verticals.
Assist with preparation of company valuations, financial models, marketing documents and client presentations
Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management day-to-day
