Position Overview
As the Influencer Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the Brand Talent & Social team at CELSIUS. You are responsible for assisting in strategy, campaign management & performance, and relationship-building on behalf of the CELSIUS brand. In this role, responsibilities include day-to-day communication with talent and talent management, administrative tasks to ensure relationships are maintained and efficient processes of the team are followed. The ideal candidate will have a pulse on trending talent in the social and influencer space with an understanding of relevant platforms and relationship building for content and partnerships to be leveraged across organic and paid media.
The role will report to the Influencer Manager and Senior Influencer Manager. The position will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside key marketing teams such as (but not limited to) Social, Events, Media, and Sports/Fitness within an accelerated brand while prioritizing the growth and success of the Influencer program.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or community coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, talent management, or a related role, preferably within the CPG or lifestyle brand space.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and influencer landscape, especially within Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Proven ability to research, identify, and build relationships with influencer talent that align with brand values.
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer partnerships, including contracting, briefing, content approval, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Basic understanding of contract negotiation and budgeting preferred.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to campaign ideation and talent strategy.
- Passion for health, wellness, and active lifestyle brands is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Influencer Partnerships within the CELSIUS Influencer Program, supporting all aspects of day-to-day communication including outreach, PR gifting, relationship building, and driving brand love.
- Support Influencer Discovery and Vetting by researching potential talent across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms. Leverage internal tools to assess performance metrics and brand alignment.
- Execute End-to-End Partnership Management for a roster of paid influencers: manage negotiations, contracts, briefings, content approvals, performance tracking, invoicing, and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate Product Fulfillment & Payments, ensuring timely delivery of influencer seeding and accurate invoicing in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
- Assist with Strategy & Reporting, partnering with the Influencer Manager to build quarterly influencer plans, support integrated campaign strategy, and optimize performance through regular reporting.
- Play a Key Role in Talent Ideation to support large-scale, cross-channel 360° marketing campaigns—ensuring influencer partners align with campaign objectives, cultural moments, and audience interests.
- Identify and Contribute to Strategic Talent Partnerships by ideating culturally relevant influencer collaborations with buzzworthy Gen Z talent that reflect the CELSIUS lifestyle and brand ethos.
- Attend Key Events to capture real-time content, recap campaigns, and ensure influencer deliverables are being executed on-site.
- Facilitate Payment & Finance Coordination, managing the flow of influencer invoices and payment processes alongside the Finance team.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Social, Brand, Events, and Field Marketing teams to maximize influencer impact across all consumer touchpoints.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
