Position Summary
The Office Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. This part-time position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and looking to work in a dynamic and team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail)
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support team members with administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Help with light bookkeeping and expense tracking (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
