Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Candidate MUST have a European aesthetic. The designer must have knowledge of international brands example B&B italia etc. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating architectural and construction drawings, and designing interiors. The role involves selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met. The Interior Designer will also manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
- Knowledge in selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
- Excellent project management skills including timeline and budget management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Certification from relevant professional organizations is a plus
