Why This Role Matters
We're hiring a Project Manager to lead the deployment of our waste-to-energy and carbon capture systems across global customer sites. These are multi-disciplinary, field-installed systems that demand technical coordination, field readiness, and seamless execution under pressure.
You'll own delivery of our most strategic contracts—from first kickoff to commissioning. This role requires strong construction management skills, world-class customer interaction, and the ability to bring cross-functional teams together in high-stakes environments.
What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of project delivery for strategic customer contracts
- Lead site assessments, installation planning, and system commissioning
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, fabrication, logistics, and field service
- Serve as the primary customer point-of-contact, owning communication, expectations, and trust
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and risk across multiple simultaneous deployments
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews at customer facilities
- Drive documentation, QA/QC processes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project or construction management—ideally in energy, industrial, or government sectors
- Proven track record managing multi-trade site installations and technical deployments
- Exceptional communication skills and customer presence under pressure
- Ability to manage detailed schedules, logistics, and dependencies across teams
- Willingness to travel globally for project execution and commissioning
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with modular energy systems or containerized deployments
- Military or defense-related project experience
- PMP or relevant project/construction certifications
