Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated and analytical Junior Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer on W2 to join our growing data team. In this role, you will assist in analyzing complex data sets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support key business decisions. Required Skills:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in software development after completing relevant degree in Computer Science Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
- Must have basic coding knowledge in at least one programming language (Python, Scala or R)
- Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and data modelling.
- Experience with SQL and querying databases
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Understanding of NLP, time-series analysis, or deep learning basics.
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools or dashboards.
