Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to lead our recruiting and talent strategy efforts. This individual will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent, developing our employment brand, and aligning hiring practices with our business growth. The TAM will also oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, internship program, and onboarding experience, contributing directly to career path development and long-term workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to anticipate future hiring needs
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging talent for succession planning
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to track, evaluate, and improve recruiting efforts
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management
- Partner with department heads to define ideal candidate profiles and job requirements
- Maintain and grow applicant databases and sourcing pipelines
- Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers
- Oversee background checks, behavioral assessments (ProScan), and strengths assessments
- Lead onboarding processes and performance tracking at 90-day and 6-month milestones
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience
Employment Branding & Outreach
- Develop and promote the company's employment brand to attract high-performing talent
- Utilize social media, job boards, and in-person events to enhance visibility
- Organize and represent the company at career fairs, assessment centers, and recruitment events
Internship Program Management
- Strengthen relationships with targeted colleges and universities
- Plan and attend seasonal (Fall/Spring) career fairs and outreach events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine intern needs by department and project
- Coordinate intern onboarding, program kick-offs, evaluations, and close-out sessions
- Assist in recruiting interns for full-time roles post-graduation
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in construction or related industries
- Strong understanding of employment branding, recruitment marketing, and sourcing strategies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruiting, and data analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with executives, department heads, and field operations
- Experience managing internship or early career talent programs preferred
