Supply Chain Director
Location: Franksville, WI (On-site)
The IDEAL candidate will have 10+ YOE Supply Chain & Materials leadership in a manufacturing environment. Strong CI, Process, SIOP, Materials & Scheduling, and Inventory Management is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of supply chain management, including planning, sourcing, scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and materials movement for domestic and global operations.
- Oversee direct reports across procurement, SIOP, scheduling, stockroom, and shipping/receiving teams, ensuring alignment to departmental goals and safety compliance.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies that align with the organization’s goals for cost control, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with global suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage performance via KPIs and scorecards.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and supplier innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure material flow aligns with production forecasts and customer commitments.
- Manage Kanban systems, safety stock levels, and fulfillment forecasting to meet production needs while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Drive effective utilization of ERP tools to support purchasing and planning decisions.
- Conduct supplier validations and lead supplier transition initiatives as needed.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as value engineering, risk mitigation, and global sourcing.
- Monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and customer delivery commitments.
- Take ownership of monthly revenue forecasting and reporting for the Franksville facility.
- Act as subject matter expert on sourcing and materials best practices, contributing to broader supply chain strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree and APICS certification preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and ERP system skills, with experience managing complex BOMs and global suppliers.
- Effective communicator with solid negotiation skills and a track record of delivering measurable cost savings.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Background in electronics manufacturing or control systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on leadership style.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
