Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties for executive management and designated senior level staff, including screening calls; managing calendars and schedules; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; handling information requests; receiving visitors; arranging conference calls; and coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a timely manner while ensuring and safeguarding the confidential nature of discussions and shared information.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience at the management or executive level
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- California driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance (for travel between sites)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or healthcare environment
- Experience with reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts

The pay range for this position is $27.38 - 39.70 per hour.
