Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our US Marketing team. This role will contribute to the efficiency and strategic competitiveness of our product portfolio and support brand evolution through diligent attention to detail when bringing a project from conceptualization to launch, and a strong organizational skill in coordinating our offering in market.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio in line with corporate guidelines.
- Create and maintain a marketing calendar for all product developments and product launches.
- Oversee product lifecycle, from ideation through development and launch.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team in HQ to always be on top of what product initiatives are being done from a global level.
Performance Management & Tools
- Ensure each product aligns with customer needs, analyzing performance trends to develop strategies.
- Ensure all existing offering is consistent with top line strategy.
- Collaborate with the Licensing team to ensure all products are in line with brand guidelines.
- Support the local Communications team in creating product toolkits for the sales team.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive positioning for our products.
- Ensure the positioning of products is always accurate and in line with market trends.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain an archive of all packaging developed pertinent to the US market.
- Partner with R&D, purchase and supply chain teams to support the adoption of sustainable solutions to be compliant with clients/regulations requests
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in beauty and/or licensing is recommended
- Strong focus on relationship building, organizational skills and project management
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
