Brand Marketing & Social Media Planning Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Create a cohesive visual mood board and identity to guide brand marketing efforts
Develop and manage a cross-platform content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor content trends, hashtags, and viral topics to inform creative strategy
Research and compile a target list of influencers and creators in the NY and LA markets for potential partnerships
Collaborate with our in-house Graphic Designer to bring social content to life
Assist with daily social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement
Ability to build a process in which we approve and schedule content posts one to two months out

Ideal Candidate:

Strong attention to detail and passion for content and social media
Demonstrated experience in social media with a brand or their own channels
Professional and polished in communication and presentation
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company and founder information
Collaborative attitude and proactive problem-solver with a self-starter mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly creative environment
Passionate about beauty, storytelling, and brand-building
Must handle their work and personal reputation with intention, care and mindfulness
Must possess a community builder mindset, and loves to collaborate with others and find joy in shared wins.
Must have demonstrated experience navigating a growing environment with poise, positivity and with a solutions-oriented mindset (proactively identifying and implementing solutions to problems rather than dwelling on their causes or being overwhelmed by them).
