The position is unique as we are a R&D company without production facilities. In addition, this position may not be a C level position, perhaps a director level position. Emphasis is upon production and completing tasks and assignments. Clear, continuous and accurate communication plus achievement with suppliers is critical. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.
Responsibilities
- Deliver successful completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in producing annual operation forecasting report and strategy
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations for continuous improvement of systems
- Assist the company to achieve accelerating growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on an expanding supplier base
Qualifications
- 5 - 15 years' of broad based experience including operations, strategic and logistics experience
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
